My 150 minutes was spent reading chapter 6 and 7 of Nervous Conditions. Each week i say it as gotten better than in the beginign and it has. I mainly want to talk about ch. 6.
I think ch.6 shows some segregation. It's not shown a lot since black and whites have the ability to go to school toghether. It's mainly shown through Tambu. She refers to them as those people. This also kind of gives background of the time period.
Dalton I really like your post because I think it shows how much you have read of this book. I like how you give an example and talk and explain it in a very interesting way. You may think it is not a lot, but I think it has a lot of info packed in it. Good post.
ReplyDeleteI like the topic of this post because it has been my favorite chapter so far, because there is so much in it. I also like how you talked about the idea of segregation, but I would have also added victimization. Good post.
